Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as promised.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments.
- Service cancelled before initiation.
- Services that have already been provided.
- Customized development services after commencement.
- Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.
Email your request with order ID to info@tssgtech.com.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement if service delivery has not started.
